Our service is led by an experienced vocational rehabilitation practitioner and delivered by a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with external professionals as required. We work closely with insurers, solicitors, employers, and case managers, providing clear, objective, and practical recommendations that support sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
We recognise that good work supports better health. Our assessments are personalised, evidence-based, and focused on realistic vocational solutions.
Comprehensive vocational case management for individuals recovering from injury, illness, or long-term health conditions.

Assessments may be conducted remotely or in person and include:
Fitness for work opinions
Reasonable adjustment recommendations
Return-to-work advice
Clear, concise reports for employers and referrers
A structured evaluation of the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial demands of a specific role. JDAs are used to:
Match job demands with an individual’s functional abilities

Practical workplace assessments to identify barriers to work and recommend appropriate adjustments to:
Tasks
