Feedback is crucial to improving health outcomes and improving the quality of care and treatment we provide. It is an important way to ensure we fully understand our service users’ requirements.
We listen carefully to feedback and we use this to make changes to continually improve our service. Sometimes this is on an individual level, perhaps there is something new the case manager needs to focus on or change about their practice.
Sometimes we make broader changes to the way the service operates, it could be an administrative change, a new piece of software or app, a change to staffing levels, updating of Company procedures and policies or a special training topic for our Company education day etc.
