The Major Trauma Signposting Partnership (MTSP) is a scheme that was originally set up by Cardinal Management and St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The partnership was established to ensure that patients receive a quality assured journey through the personal injury process, and it involved bringing people and organisations together from the NHS, Citizens Advice and the personal injury sector. You can find out more by clicking the link here.
In relation to Ben Holden Ltd, our local major trauma centre is Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, and we regularly work people who are being who are being discharged from this hospital.
In April 2021, the MTSP established a Code of Conduct for Case Managers which sets out various standards of practice and clinical governance. In summer 2021, Ben Holden Ltd was audited by representatives of the MTSP and we were duly notified that (with reference to our work with patients on the MTSP) we were compliant with the Code of Conduct.
We are proud to be an official supporter of the Institute of Registered Case Managers
