A forward-thinking, quality focused independent case management company, specialising in catastrophic and complex injuries is looking for a Clinical Case Manager to work with children and young people, with at least 2-years’ experience in a similar role.
What you’ll do as Clinical Case Manager?
You will provide support to children and young people with a range of needs including traumatic and acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation. You should be highly competent and dynamic in developing client-centred rehabilitation packages.
Some elements of the role can be completed remotely; however, this position also requires regular ‘real world’ face-to-face meetings with clients and their families, support workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary teams as well as some occasional attendance at the main office in Ipswich. We welcome applicants who live in our region, namely East Anglia, the Home Counties or London.
Staff development is supported with in-house training days and mentoring.
