We specialise in providing case management services to adults and children who have experienced life-changing injuries, including spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and amputations. Our dedicated team offers clinical case management, support team coordination, manual handling assessments, mental capacity evaluations, vocational rehabilitation, and Speech and Language Therapy.
Job Summary
Due to company expansion, we are seeking a Clinical Team Lead to support our Clinical Services Manager in overseeing our clinical services and operational functions. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality case management services while managing teams, budgets, and resources effectively. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, uphold compliance standards, and foster a collaborative environment that puts client needs at the forefront.

Desired Criteria
Salary and transport: £50,000–£55,000 FTE, dependent on experience, plus a monthly car allowance or company vehicle through a salary sacrifice scheme.

Working pattern: This is a full-time employed role, working 09.00–17.00, Monday to Friday. For the right candidate, we may consider a four-day working week or an Associate arrangement.
Location and travel: The role is predominantly home-office based, with frequent travel for client meetings across East Anglia, London and the Southeast as well as attending the office as required (Wherstead, Ipswich or Coddenham).
There is also an expectation to occasionally work outside usual hours and travel beyond the standard operating areas for marketing, training or networking events.
