A forward-thinking, quality focused independent case management company, specialising in catastrophic and complex injuries is looking for a Clinical Case Manager with previous experience in the role.
What you’ll do as Clinical Case Manager?
You will provide support to either children and young people or adults with a range of needs including traumatic and acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation. You should be highly competent and dynamic in developing client-centred rehabilitation packages.
Some elements of the role can be completed remotely; however, this position also requires regular ‘real world’ face-to-face meetings with clients and their families, support workers and other members of the multi-disciplinary teams as well as some occasional attendance at the main office in Ipswich. We welcome applicants who live in our region, namely East Anglia, the Home Counties or London.
Staff development is supported with in-house training days and mentoring.

We are open to applicants who wish to have the benefits of working on a self-employed basis, either full-time or part-time. The hourly rate is dependent on skills and experience and will be discussed at the interview.
