Led by a passionate and multidisciplinary team, the service is run by experienced Occupational Therapist and Case Manager, Dinuli Senaratne.

Supported by fellow Occupational Therapist and business founder Ben Holden, the service incorporates a mix of occupational therapy techniques and more traditional vocational rehabilitation practices to provide clear, objective and practical recommendations.

But unlike most other providers, we also offer independent occupational health assessments.

These can be undertaken either remotely or in person, covering areas like fitness for work opinions, return-to-work advice and reasonable adjustment recommendations.

We can also offer clear and concise reports for both employers and referrers, painting a clear picture of each individual’s unique needs and how they can be best supported.

As Occupational Therapists, our specialists are trained in using rehabilitation approaches that focus on problem solving and workplace adjustments.

That includes experience in both the physical and mental health spheres, allowing them to better respond to physical, psychological and social difficulties when it comes to the workplace. 

They are also well-versed in delivering staff wellbeing interventions – and know how to inspire positive changes to businesses with the aim of improving employee satisfaction and sickness rates.
