Miss A is expanding her care team now she is leaving full-time education. She lives village on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
The vacancy is for 16 hours a week, worked over 2 shifts of 8 hours. This could be provided by one or two people.

Job Summary:
Miss A is increasing her support team as she leaves full time education and develops a new meaningful weekly routine. The role is within a small friendly established team who provide flexible weekday support with some evening activities. The role will based in the community and in Miss A’s adapted home which she shares with her mum and pet dogs.
Miss A is an outgoing and determined person with a wicked sense of humour who has cerebral palsy. She is very skilled in using her electric wheelchair to get around independently, and she also has a Motability vehicle driven by her support team. Applicants must be able to drive.
Miss A requires support with her personal care needs, including transfers using equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working paid or unpaid with young people with learning and physical disabilities, especially Cerebral Palsy and have positivity and patience, be personable, approachable and calm.
