Each user at Ben Holden Ltd has different levels of access (determined by permissions granted by management, Sarah Brown Consultancy Manager & Ben Holden Managing Director) dependent upon their position in the Company:
A staff member at Ben Holden Ltd shall only access an individual client’s file on a need to do so basis. Reasons for needing to access a file on iinsight would include:
The information you supply will be used to make an assessment about the suitability for you to provide health services to our client. This information will be stored on iinsight and may be accessed by the case manager at times when reviewing the case. It may also be needed as evidence of our completion of due diligence checks when we are audited by various professional or regulatory bodies.

Once a case has been closed by Ben Holden Ltd, and the outstanding fees have been settled, we close and lockdown a case on iinsight. Once the case is locked, it can only be opened/accessed by Ben Holden.
